Job summary

US LBM in Houston, TX is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to assist customers and contractors through the sales process, take orders at the counter, and process payments.

You will help with product selection, maintain showroom appearance, prepare invoices, and may assist yard and warehouse operations, including forklift operation after training. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with 1–3 years building material knowledge and sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product questions, pricing, and deliveries.

• Maintain showroom organization and stock levels on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Assist yard and warehouse operations and operate forklifts after training.
• Attend trainings and perform location-specific services as needed.
• Adhere to workplace safety policies and standards.
