Department: Facilities Operation and Maintenance
Salary: Commensurate with Experience/Education
Maintains, repairs, and operates Energy Management Environmental Control System (EMECS) Network and other independent heating, ventilation, and air conditioning control systems. Troubleshoots and re-commission controllers.
Minimum Qualifications: Specialized training in basic trades, principles, procedures, routines, or techniques in a specific area or trade, typically acquired through up to 18 months of education or training beyond high school. Vocational competence in mechanical or electronic equipment operation may be required.
Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of directly related experience.
Certification/Licensing: Valid Texas Driver's License required.
