This is a full-time role with a dual mandate in sales and support.

• Technical support: You will provide reactive and proactive technical support to help customers overcome challenges with the software.
• Technical sales: You will engage with both existing and new customers to increase sales.

This role is primarily remote, but regular visits to customer offices are expected.

Responsibilities include:

• Responding to and documenting customer help requests
• Building and maintaining help documentation
• Conducting on-site and remote training sessions for customers
• Proactively working with customers to ensure full utilization of the platform
• Prospecting and closing new customers

No prior experience in Danomics is required; training will be provided. However, comfort with basic equations and workflows used in oil and gas is necessary.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read/write basic scripted equations (e.g., (gr_final - $gr_clean)/($gr_clay - $gr_clean))
• Experience with basic Python scripting is a plus, but not required
• Experience in the oil and gas industry (as a subsurface professional or data tech)
• Knowledge of geology, petrophysics, reservoir engineering, or common oil and gas data types is a plus
