Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a reliable maintenance worker to perform routine repairs and upkeep of our facilities in Ivanhoe, Alabama. You will handle basic carpentry, plumbing, groundskeeping, and general building maintenance to keep our space safe and functional.

Responsibilities include cleaning floors, sanitizing areas, moving office furniture, monitoring access, and assisting with security of the building and grounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of experience in basic building maintenance.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Valid State Driver’s License is required.

• Monitors activities and visitors of building and grounds to ensure security.
