Job summary

• Performing routine maintenance around the building, including structural repairs (e.g., windows, doors, walls).
• Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to prevent water damage and restore function.
• Repairing damaged or shorted electrical wiring.
• Performing tasks across plumbing, electricity, heating, cooling, locks, and carpentry (training provided).
• Applying preventative maintenance measures to reduce future issues.
• Addressing potential safety hazards to prevent injuries.
• Touch-up and full painting as needed.
• Performing routine cleaning activities (e.g., dusting, mopping).
• Handling minor repairs, such as fixing broken locks or filling wall gaps.
• Installing appliances and equipment.
• Maintaining grounds and yards, including lawn mowing, trimming, and trash collection.
