Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician ready to join our team? MMS Group is seeking a skilled professional for our residential property in Wilmington, DE. Our Maintenance Technicians handle apartment upkeep and unit turnovers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Regular Maintenance: Maintain apartment homes, building exteriors, interiors, and public areas.
2. Repairs: Perform small appliance, plumbing, electrical repairs, and more.
3. Installation: Install flooring such as tile and laminate.
4. Emergency Response: Participate in on-call rotation for emergency repairs.
5. Unit Turnover: Manage repairs and preparations for new tenants.
6. Additional Duties: Other responsibilities as assigned.
