Join Our Team as a Building Maintenance Technician

Founders 3 Real Estate Services is seeking a dedicated Building Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. We provide world-class real estate management, caring for our clients’ assets as if they were our own. Our expertise spans pre-development consultation, full-service property management, accounting, and maintenance services.

Located at the newly renovated luxury HAVN Condominiums, you will play a proactive role in customer service, developing and executing preventative maintenance plans with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain plumbing, heating, alarm systems, and automated building systems
• Maintain pool and hot tub
• Perform manual repairs such as fixing locks, replacing windows, minor plumbing, and electrical work
• Conduct general property upkeep including property walks, landscaping, pest control, painting, and light carpentry
• Perform property inspections and upkeep with attention to detail
• Prepare building or property reports using computer or tablet

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in facilities maintenance, construction, or trades
• General mechanical skills and ability to use hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, team player
• Willingness to learn and teach
• Excellent customer service skills
• Physical fitness to perform job duties
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience with Automated Building Systems is a plus
