ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
To perform this job successfully, the associate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required:
High school diploma or GED plus five (5) years' experience in maintenance of building systems and first-hand knowledge of the construction trades. In addition, requires computer skills, Microsoft Outlook, and Service Now Call Tracking system with basic operations of iPhone and iPad knowledge.
