Position Purpose

The Facility Maintenance Technician performs routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of equipment and systems to ensure smooth operations and a positive member experience. The role requires an engaging, diligent, organized individual with strong collaboration and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate daily updates and work progress to the General Manager.
• Coordinate with the GM to schedule and verify work completion.
• Inspect and test equipment and systems.
• Ensure safety of members, staff, and assets through regular inspections and communication.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance as per CMMS guidelines.
• Respond promptly to work requests and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
• Monitor and optimize building systems and equipment.
• Perform general upkeep tasks such as painting, carpentry, and groundskeeping.
• Collaborate with team members, contractors, and vendors.
