Compensation:

$35,360 - $62,500 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to ensure efficient operation and perform repairs as needed.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance measures to keep equipment running efficiently and reduce safety risks.
• Document maintenance activities, including services performed and repairs made.
• Inspect the building for damages to doors, windows, walls, and perform repairs as necessary.
• Manage other maintenance requests as required.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong work ethic.
• Deep understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques, and procedures.
