You’ll conduct regular inspections and routine maintenance and come up with ideas for preventative measures we can use to maximize the life of our equipment and minimize safety risks. Responsibilities: • Manage other maintenance requests as required • Examine building windows, walls, and doors for damage and perform repairs when needed • Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs • Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks • Keep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last serviced Qualifications: • Must have graduated from high school/received GED or equivalent • Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques • Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends • Stellar communication skills, attention to detail, and work ethic • At least 2 years of maintenance experience Compensation: $14 - $16 hourly
