Job summary

Breezy Point Resort is seeking a dedicated Building Maintenance professional for a full-time, year-round position in Minnesota. You will handle plumbing, electrical, and HVAC maintenance, respond to issue reports, and uphold strict safety standards while supporting facilities management.

The role offers excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off, plus resort discounts. Prior handyman experience is a plus, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• CPO certification is helpful but not required.
• Passing a background screening is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, repair, and maintain plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems in the buildings.
• Receive and respond to reports of maintenance issues on the premises.
• Maintain corporate safety procedures at all times and comply with control regulations.
• Communicate with facilities management about repairs that are needed.
• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to equipment.

Duties Include

• General knowledge of building maintenance is helpful but not required.
• Evaluate, repair, and maintain plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems in the buildings.
• Receive and respond to reports of maintenance issues on the premises.
• Maintain corporate safety procedures at all times and comply with control regulations.
• Communicate with facilities management about any repairs that are needed.
• Handyman experience is very helpful.
• Ability to operate power and hand tools.
• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to equipment.

Requirements
