Job summary

Breezy Point Resort is hiring for a full-time Building Maintenance position in our team. The role involves evaluating, repairing, and maintaining plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems within our facilities, along with responding to maintenance reports and ensuring safety procedures are followed.

The ideal candidate will have handyman experience and the ability to operate power and hand tools, with a background screening required and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• CPO certification is helpful but not required.
• Background screening is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, repair, and maintain plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems in the buildings.
• Receive and respond to reports of maintenance issues on the premises.
• Maintain corporate safety procedures and comply with control regulations.
• Communicate with facilities management about repairs needed.
• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to equipment.

• General knowledge of building maintenance is helpful but not required.

• Communicate with facilities management about any repairs that are needed.
• Handyman experience is very helpful.
• Ability to operate power and hand tools.
• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to equipment.

Requirements

• This position requires passing a background screening.
