Job summary

Sunrise Park Resort is seeking a maintenance professional to assist in preserving and repairing resort facilities, including employee housing. You will perform daily upkeep of interior and exterior spaces, handle tools and equipment, and help with inspections and preventive maintenance.

The role requires dependable work ethic, basic handyman skills, and the ability to balance priorities while maintaining safety and quality. Carpentry or electrical certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues and perform repairs when possible.
• Complete preventative maintenance inspections of buildings.

Position Summary

Assistsinmaintainingbuildings,equipmentand property; performs remodeling and new construction tasks including the plumbing, electrical and mechanical utilities.

Essential Duties

• Maintaining resort facilities, including employee housing.
• Daily upkeep of associated facilities(interior/exterior), tools & equipment.
• Assistwith daily inspections of facilities.
• Efficiently and safely balance priorities to execute dutiesin a timely manner.
• Respondto ,diagnose, and troubleshoot maintenance issues of all kinds,attemptingto complete repairs yourself, and communicating with the Maintenance Manager when you are unable.
• Complete preventative maintenance inspections of all buildings ensuring the integrity of all assets.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D. Certificate
• Mustbe dependable.
• Must be willing to work on Weekends and Holidays.
