We are a family-owned and operated automotive group seeking a motivated Building Maintenance Technician to join our team. *Monday to Friday from 7AM-4PM

The right candidate:

• Has good communication skills
• Works well independently or in a team
• Can follow company policies

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Building maintenance
• Exterior maintenance
• Repairing Fixtures, Bulbs
• Some knowledge of HVAC experience preferred
• Grounds Maintenance
• Maintaining a safe outdoor environment for customers and employees
• Climbing tall ladders
• Using stairs
• Cleaning roof

Requirements:

• Drivers License
• Familiar with a variety of Hand/Power tools
• Light Plumbing
• Knowledge of Word and Excel Preferred
