Responsibilities:

1. Ensure all equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring are in working order by conducting routine maintenance and handling any repairs, if needed.
2. Manage other maintenance requests as required.
3. Record when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made.
4. Plan and implement preventative maintenance procedures to maximize equipment operations and minimize safety risks.
5. Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, walls, and perform necessary repairs.

Qualifications:

1. Strong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques, and procedures.
2. Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems.
3. At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
4. Needs to have availability to respond on nights and weekends to on-call maintenance requests.
5. Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.

Compensation:

$18.50 - $19.50 hour
