Job summary

Trinity Health Ann Arbor is seeking a Building Technician for the night shift to independently respond to and repair maintenance issues across hospital buildings. You will act as the first point of contact for various trades, notifying the appropriate teams for repairs you cannot perform.

Responsibilities include electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and painting repairs, operating pneumatic tube systems and AGV, and ensuring safety with lockout/tagout protocols.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years related experience or a combination of one-year experience plus one-year related vocational training.
• Maintains valid DMV driver''s license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance problems in Trinity Health Ann Arbor buildings.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and painting tasks.
• Operate pneumatic tube system and AGV, ensuring safety procedures are followed.
• Input work activities in CMMS and log 7 hours of an 8-hour day.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors for complex repairs.
• Available to work at all THAA locations as needed.
