Job Description – Maintenance Technician (MT)

OGH is recruiting a full-time maintenance technician for its Dallas properties, managing residential and commercial properties in the DFW area. The role requires daily travel to different properties, with a provided work vehicle. The candidate must manage subcontractors and suppliers, be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of executing work orders independently. Familiarity with property maintenance software is required for managing and submitting work orders.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to painting, pressure washing, groundskeeping, and basic maintenance tasks. The technician will regularly interact with tenants and must maintain professionalism.

• General Maintenance/Property Maintenance
