JOB SUMMARY

Works under minimal supervision to provide journeyman level skills in the performance of work across at least two trades or crafts. Acts as a liaison between Physical Plant and the Administrator of the assigned facility.

REQUIREMENTS

Education

• High School Diploma, GED, or vocational school

Experience

• 4 years of skilled or journeyman-level experience
• 2 years of experience in each of two trades or crafts

JOB DUTIES

• Perform plumbing, electrical, welding, mechanical, housekeeping, carpentry, and painting repairs according to service requests for assigned specialties.
• Inspect plumbing, electrical, mechanical, housekeeping, etc., in assigned buildings as scheduled by work orders.
• Maintain records and documentation of work completed.
• Install new equipment as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
