JOB SUMMARY
Works under minimal supervision to provide journeyman level skills in performance of work of at least two trades or crafts and to act as liaison between Physical Plant and Administrator of assigned facility.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Required
  • Education
    High School Diploma GED or vocational school
  • Experience
    4 years skilled or journeyman level experience and 2 years experience in each of two trades or crafts

JOB DUTIES
  • Performs plumbing, electrical, welding, mechanical, housekeeping, carpentry, and painting repairs according to service requests for specifically assigned specialties.
  • Inspects plumbing, electrical, mechanical housekeeping, etc. in assigned buildings as scheduled by work order from Management.
  • Maintains records and documents of work completed.
  • Installs new equipment as required.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
