• Associate Degree in Building Maintenance or related construction fields.
• Five years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of teaching strategies and methods to enhance student success.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to plan instruction from approved syllabus and meet course objectives.
• Experience teaching in post-secondary settings and using instructional technologies.

Responsibilities

• Classroom instruction, hands-on learning, lecturing and assessing student progress.
• Develop curriculum and instructor resources, including researching and planning for skill-appropriate activities.
• Prepare course materials, including attendance, grade sheets, and evaluations; submit records as required.
• Evaluate students to measure progress toward course outcomes and adjust materials accordingly.
