Job summary

Woodbine Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, a 307-bed facility, seeks a Building Maintenance/HVAC Technician. Shift 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, full-time, $25.00–$30.00/hr all-inclusive, with daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of general maintenance experience required, including painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, or related trades.
• HVAC, plumbing, and electrical experience strongly preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency including Word, Excel, and internet-based systems.
• Strong knowledge of building equipment, building systems, and applicable building codes.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed.
• COVID Vaccination Required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair work across trades (painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC).
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair building equipment and systems for safe, efficient operation.
• Support preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend system longevity.
• Document work orders and maintenance activities using basic computer systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly while prioritizing resident safety and comfort.
• Ensure all work adheres to safety procedures and regulatory standards.
