Presbyterian Homes & Services - Dickson Hollow in Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking an Engineer Technician to maintain buildings, grounds and equipment to meet safety regulations and internal policies. The role is a full-time position with an 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule and one week per month on-call rotation.

Salary ranges from $19.43 to $22.79 per hour, based on experience. We value teamwork, on-site collaboration and dependable maintenance support for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in commercial or residential building maintenance.
• Able to work independently, multi task, follow directions and work under supervision.
• Relate well and provide a professional image and services to all customers.
• Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
• Must be able to participate in an after hours emergency on-call rotation consisting of one week on-call at a frequency depending on the size of the on-call group.

Presbyterian Homes & Services - Dickson Hollow is seeking an Engineer Technician for our team in Menomonee Falls on the edge of Brookfield. The Engineer Technician is a mid-level maintenance/engineering position that is responsible for creating a safe and secure environment by maintaining the buildings, grounds, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner, consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices.

SCHEDULE/HOURS: Full-time 40 hrs/week, Monday to Friday 8-4:30 (some flexibility), on call rotation 1 week per month

REPORTING STRUCTURE: The Engineer Technician reports to the Environmental Services Director

Willing to consider candidates with greater experience at the level above Engineer Technician as well.
