What You'll Do

• Facility Maintenance: Perform minor building and equipment repairs (plumbing, carpentry, painting), change filters/lighting, and maintain clean interior and exterior spaces.
• Grounds Care: Manage basic seasonal grounds upkeep, including light landscaping and winter snow/ice clearing at entrances.
• Operational Support: Assist warehouse and manufacturing teams by moving materials, organizing inventory, and safely operating equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, and hoists.
• Safety First: Adhere to all safety protocols, keep work areas clean, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
