Job summary

Georgia-Pacific LLC's Gypsum Division seeks a Building Envelope Manager to grow market share for DensDeck and related products in the mid-Atlantic region. You will identify opportunities, build strong relationships with architects, consultants, building owners, and manufacturers, and work cross-functionally with Marketing, Technical, and Sales teams with a high degree of autonomy.

The role offers exposure to senior leadership and growth potential within Georgia-Pacific.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of technical sales experience.
• Experience presenting technical presentations.
• Willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Valid US Driver's license and good driving record.
• Resident or willing to relocate to the mid-Atlantic area (Virginia, Maryland or Pennsylvania).

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to grow and defend market share for commercial glass mat roofing and wall products.
• Identify project opportunities via databases and industry networks.
• Establish market presence through associations and local relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Technical teams across GP Gypsum Business.
• Provide sales forecasts and act as a technical resource for customers.
