Stratus is seeking a Project Manager in the Structures Team, focusing on building envelope, in New York, NY. The role oversees investigation, analysis, and coordination of façade/roof and site conditions affecting performance, including review of reports, calculations, and drawings for ongoing projects.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years of Building Envelope experience, a NY PE license, and proven ability to lead staff and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• PE license in NY is required.
• 6+ years of Building Envelope assessment/design experience.
• Strong project and staff management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee façade/roofing service opportunities from proposal to final acceptance, including invoicing.
• Review design/analysis specs for active projects and ensure accuracy.
• Check remediation/design work plans and city permitting compliance.
• Supervise staff and contractors, ensuring adherence to contract documents.
• Lead building envelope testing and structural condition evaluations to identify deficiencies.
• Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
