Job summary

Stratus Team, LLC is seeking a Project Manager for the Structures Team in New York, focusing on building envelope. You will oversee investigations, analysis, and examinations of building envelopes and related site conditions, ensuring high-quality reports and client-ready deliverables.

The role requires a PE license in NY and 6+ years in envelope assessment/design, with strong project and staff supervision skills. Hybrid/onsite option available in New York, NY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field (implied).
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in New York.
• 6+ years of Building Envelope assessment/design experience on existing projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical and administrative aspects from proposal to client acceptance, including invoicing.
• Review design/analysis specs and calculations for accuracy on active projects.
• Oversee remediation/design work plans, cost estimates and bid documents for city/state/federal reviews.
• Lead building envelope testing and evaluations to determine facade, roof, and structure characteristics.
