Amrize is seeking a Plant Engineering and Operations Talent to support Building Envelope manufacturing across a North America network. This remote role emphasizes safety, reliability, and continuous improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve OEE and cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
• Knowledge of Lean, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, Six Sigma or similar.
• Safety-first mindset and structured problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Support or lead plant operations to improve safety, quality, and production efficiency.
• Design and improve manufacturing processes and equipment strategies.
• Collaborate across production, quality, maintenance and engineering.
• Execute capital planning, installation, commissioning and project mgmt.
• Apply root cause analysis to eliminate recurring issues.
• Embed 5S, standard work, visual management and disciplined operating systems.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001/14001 and safety standards.
