Amrize seeks a Plant Engineering and Operations Talent for Building Envelope Manufacturing with a strong background in mechanical/industrial engineering and manufacturing excellence. You will support plant operations, drive safety and quality, and help optimize production efficiency and OEE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Electrical, or related)
• 2–15+ years in manufacturing, maintenance, CI, or process engineering
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, Six Sigma or similar methodologies

Responsibilities

• Support or lead plant operations to achieve safety, quality, production efficiency, OEE, and cost optimization.
• Designing, improving, and implementing manufacturing processes, reliability programs, and equipment strategies that enhance uptime and performance.
• Partner across production, quality, maintenance, and engineering to identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and capital projects.
• Executing or supporting capital planning, equipment installation, commissioning, and project management activities.
• Applying structured problem-solving and root cause analysis to eliminate recurring issues.
• Embedding a culture of 5S, standard work, visual management, continuous improvement, and disciplined operating systems.
• Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, safety policies, and environmental standards.
