Qualifications

• 2–15+ years of experience in manufacturing, maintenance, continuous improvement, or process engineering.
• Practical knowledge of methodologies like Lean, 5S, or Six Sigma.
• Strong safety-first mindset and passion for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Support or lead plant operations to achieve safety and efficiency goals.
