Job summary

AssetGuard is seeking a Business Development leader to grow its commercial building-envelope and waterproofing presence in the Dallas–Fort Worth market. You will drive specification-driven opportunities, build trusted relationships with architects, engineers, owners, developers, and general contractors, and coordinate with estimating and operations to ensure credible, profitable projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in commercial construction, waterproofing, or related markets.
• Experience selling to architects, engineers, owners, and contractors.
• Proven ability to influence specifications and drive bids.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
• Knowledge of Division 07 waterproofing specifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the DFW building-envelope strategy for polyurea waterproofing.
• Build relationships with architects, engineers, owners, and GC/contractors.
• Position products as high-performance alternatives with lifecycle value.
• Drive specification wins, approvals, and bid opportunities.
• Prioritize accounts and coordinate with estimating and operations.
• Negotiate contracts to protect margin and project risk.
