The Building Engineer position is for commercial buildings located in Phoenix. It encompasses a wide range of duties, including but not limited to:

1. Providing hands-on service and repairs, HVAC, and electrical work.
2. Guiding associates and vendors in the maintenance, repair, operation, and general upkeep of the property.
3. Formulating building budgets.
4. Responding to tenant requests.
5. Performing preventative maintenance on building systems and components.
6. Performing troubleshooting, service, and repair of building systems and components.
7. Assisting with work order management and completing all required paperwork.
8. Understanding and complying with Plaza Companies' Safety Policies and EPA guidelines on refrigerant use and handling.
9. Working on-call as required, carrying a cell phone, and responding to after-hours emergencies.
