Lincoln Property Company seeks a Building Engineer II to operate and maintain complex building systems, with focus on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. You will troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate with contractors to ensure reliable building operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related experience or commensurate certification/trade experience.
• Engineering and trade licenses required per local/state requirements.
• CFC certification preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with HVAC and BAS; familiarity with fire alarm and life safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, and plumbing independently.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on critical building systems.
• Document maintenance activities and maintain records for equipment.
• Manage service contractors during routine and emergency repairs.
• Coordinate safety protocols per OSHA, NEC, NFPA standards; report hazards.
