Job summary

LifeBridge Health's Carroll Hospital in Westminster, MD seeks a Plant Engineer to maintain hospital buildings and plant equipment, perform preventive maintenance and oversee safe operation of all engineering systems. You will support the Facilities Department to deliver high-quality care aligned with the hospital mission.

Required are 2–4 years of trade training and SENG certification with fleet safety knowledge. Competitive pay and benefits are provided in a full-time role.

Qualifications

• Preferred High School Diploma.
• 2–4 years training in a trade/apprenticeship program in electrical, HVAC, boiler operations or building management systems.
• SENG - Stationary Engineer certification.
• Fleet safety knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hospital buildings and plant equipment in safe, operable condition.
• Overhaul, replace and perform preventive maintenance with minimal supervision.
• Operate shift engineer duties ensuring safe, efficient plant operation and service quality.
