Qualifications

• Experience with building systems and safety compliance.
• Familiarity with BAS or building automation concepts.
• Comfort reading sketches, blueprints and service manuals.
• Experience using CMMS for work orders and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of building and grounds in Lake Forest, IL.
• Assist in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry tasks.
• Operate and troubleshoot building systems and safety equipment.
• Prepare reports and complete paperwork in a timely manner.
• Assist with safety programs and help desk coverage.
