Qualifications

• 2+ years of Building Maintenance - commercial experience required.
• Experience working with HVAC, electrical, plumbing and roofing.
• Experience with chillers and testing chemical levels in water systems.
• Ability to work with external vendors and coordinate repairs.

Responsibilities

• Walk properties to identify maintenance issues before they arise.
• Respond to tenant concerns and inquiries promptly.
• Review work orders in the system and prioritize tasks.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical and roofing issues.
• Coordinate with vendors on TI and CapEx projects.
• Maintain communications with Property Managers and team.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and schedule follow ups.
