The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in office building maintenance and working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems.

Qualifications

• Background in office building maintenance required.
• Hands-on maintenance experience in commercial office buildings.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems.
• EPA Universal, HVAC or electrical certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on maintenance and repair of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on air handling units, chillers, cooling towers, and pumps to ensure efficient operation.
• Troubleshoot and adjust building automation systems (DDC/pneumatic controls) for optimal performance and tenant comfort.
• Support daily operations by responding promptly to service requests and maintaining logs of inspections and repairs.
