About The Role

Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs of buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and grounds. Work under limited supervision, monitor building system operations and performance. Apply various trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling.

What You'll Do

• Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency directives, and company policies related to building operations and safety.
• Inspect building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure proper operation within design specifications and environmental standards.
• Perform contracted work such as landscaping, snow removal, remodeling, HVAC repairs, plumbing, and cleaning.
• Review work orders, estimate time and materials needed, and order supplies to complete tasks.
• Maintain energy management programs to operate systems efficiently, minimizing costs, and ensure proper lighting system maintenance, including repairs or replacements of elements and ballasts.

What You Will Need

• High school diploma or GED and at least four years of related experience or trade school training.
• Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
• Universal CFC certification preferred; additional certifications in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, process controls, or related fields are advantageous. Local or state certifications/licenses may be required.
• Ability to understand and interpret instructions, ask clarifying questions, and effectively communicate information.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Physical ability to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders, and lift/carry loads over 50 lbs.
