Duration: 3-month Contract
Work Type: Onsite
Pay Range: $33 - $35/Hr
Hours: M-F 8 am - 5 pm
Summary:- As a Building Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and repairing the building systems operations and the performance of various areas, including plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling.
Resource's typical working day:- The client is looking to cover a break in service
- Handling work orders
- PMs on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
- Facilities maintenance services
Job Requirements:- Years of Experience needed: 3-4 yrs
- Level of Education: h.s. diploma with applicable experience
Certifications/Licenses:- EPA 608 License or NFPA 70E preferred
Top Must-Have Skills:- Good verbal communication
- Good maintenance skills
- Good time management
Top Nice to have Skills:- Prior electrical experience
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
