Job Title: Building Engineer
Location: Conroe, TX
Pay Range: $22/Hr
Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and structural systems within the facility.
Ensure all building systems operate efficiently and meet safety standards.
Conduct inspections of fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing systems to verify proper operation.
Assist with preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment lifespan.
Respond to emergency repairs and support safety protocols on-site.
High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma; additional certifications preferred.
Physical ability to walk, climb stairs, and lift loads of 50 lbs or more.
Basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical skills.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment and on-call for emergencies.
