Job Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day maintenance, engineering, and general duties to ensure the facility remains in excellent condition.
• Practice proactive maintenance and problem-solving skills in a hands-on role.
• Perform duties including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, door/lock repairs, and building rounds.
• Occasionally work overtime and weekends as needed.

Minimum Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in maintenance.

Experience

• Minimum of five years in plant maintenance, including experience with chillers, boilers, and HVAC systems.
• Leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Skills

• Knowledge of plumbing repairs and basic electrical repairs.
• Ability to read procedure documents and blueprints/schematics.
• Understanding of preventative maintenance procedures.
• Ability to perform plumbing and mechanical repairs on equipment.

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy equipment.
• Willingness to work in cramped spaces, climb ladders, and use manual tools.

Additional Details

Position is full-time, mid-senior level, with responsibilities in management and manufacturing within the hospital and healthcare industry. Overtime and weekend work may be required.
