LVI Associates is seeking a Building Enclosure Project Manager in Milwaukee, WI to balance technical consulting, field investigations, client interaction, and project oversight. You will lead roofing and enclosure projects from initial assessment through construction, coordinating schedules and resources.

The role blends office work with field visits, producing reports, specifications, and QA observations while maintaining strong client relationships and expectations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in roofing consulting, building enclosure consulting, construction management, restoration consulting, or a related field.
• Strong written and report preparation skills.
• Ability to conduct field inspections, climb ladders, and access rooftops safely.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage building enclosure and roofing consulting projects from proposal through project completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining relationships through responsive communication and technical expertise.
• Conduct field investigations, roof assessments, test openings, and building condition evaluations.
• Perform quality assurance and construction observation site visits on active projects.
• Prepare and distribute detailed field reports, photo documentation, and project updates.
• Review and coordinate reports submitted by field staff and QA personnel.
• Develop technical specifications, repair recommendations, and construction documents for roofing and enclosure projects.
• Lead pre-bid, pre-construction, and progress meetings.
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and consultant resources.
• Perform infrared moisture surveys and related diagnostic investigations.
