Job summary

Group14 Engineering, PBC is seeking a Building Enclosure Project Manager to lead design, commissioning, and testing of enclosure systems across Colorado projects. You will drive technical excellence, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure high-performance building envelopes aligned with energy efficiency goals.

The role requires a strong technical foundation, collaboration with stakeholders, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a hybrid Denver office environment with field work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field; equivalent AEC industry experience will also be considered
• 4+ years of building enclosure design, construction, commissioning, consulting, or testing
• Strong knowledge of building science principles, enclosure systems, and climate zone practices
• Experience reviewing drawings, specs, submittals, and enclosure details
• Experience with enclosure field observations, testing, infrared thermography, and related methods

Responsibilities

• Manage building enclosure consulting, commissioning, and testing projects from planning through completion
• Plan, coordinate, perform, and oversee technical components of enclosure projects with minimal oversight
• Perform hands‑on field work, including inspections and testing
• Review drawings, specs, submittals, RFIs, and enclosure details; provide recommendations
• Lead technical problem-solving and develop practical enclosure solutions
• Prepare clear reports and project documentation
• Communicate with owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
• Identify enclosure risks and opportunities; support project outcomes
