Job summary

BPL Enclosure Engineering is seeking a Senior Enclosure Consultant to lead client relationships, oversee enclosure design projects, and mentor the team in Denver area operations. This full-time role requires broad technical expertise and proactive client development.

You will review project documents, develop repair designs, and ensure compliance with industry standards while traveling to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in building enclosure design and/or construction related work.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior client manager for key clients.
• Grow the business through business development activities.
• Review the work of other staff for technical accuracy and business suitability.
• Mentor and train staff on technical and business issues.
• Prepare budgets and proposals for building enclosure services.
