ECS Group of Companies is seeking a senior professional to lead building enclosure projects in the region. You will oversee projects, review technical reports, and help prepare proposals while driving business development and client interactions.

Ideal candidates will have 12+ years of relevant experience, and professional licensure (PE/RA) is preferred. Regional leadership and mentoring of junior staff are key components of the role.

• 12+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Senior reviewer or equivalent designation from a competitor firm.
• Licensure as PE or RA preferred; other IIBEC/BECxP credentials considered.

• Oversee regional projects and provide technical leadership for building enclosure work.
• Review and approve technical reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and review proposals; contribute to business development and client engagement.

• Primary responsibilities include providing technical expertise and supporting building enclosure staff within the region.
• Responsibilities also include performing the following:
• Overseeing projects
• Performing technical report reviews
• Preparing and reviewing proposals
• Business development and assisting other staff in marketing our services by maintaining and developing client interactions
• Leading and coaching junior staff members
• Performing responsibilities at the regional level
• BS or MS in Civil Engineering, Architecture (NCARB), Structural Engineering, or Architectural Engineering preferred
• Licensed or certified as at least one of the following:
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.)
  • Registered Architect (R.A.)
  • International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC) offered RRC, RWC, REWC, RBEC, CBECxP
  • University of Wisconsin‑Madison offered BECxP and CxA+BE
• 12+ years of relevant professional related experience
• Candidates must hold senior reviewer or similar designation from a competitor firm
