Job summary

ECS Southwest, LLP is seeking a senior Building Enclosure professional to provide technical leadership across the region. The role involves overseeing projects, reviewing technical reports, and shaping proposals while driving business development and client relationships.

Ideal candidates will have 12+ years of relevant experience, professional licensure (PE/RA) or IIBEC credentials, and a track record in leading junior staff. This position focuses on regional execution in the Texas Austin area.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Civil Engineering, Architecture (NCARB) preferred.
• Licensed as PE, RA or IIBEC credentials (RRC, RWC, REWC, RBEC, CBECxP) are acceptable.

  • Leading and coaching junior staff members
  • Performing responsibilities at the regional level

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Civil Engineering, Architecture (NCARB), Structural Engineering, or Architectural Engineering preferred
• Licensed or certified as at least one of the following:
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.)
  • Registered Architect (R.A.)
  • International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC) offered RRC, RWC, REWC, RBEC, CBECxP
  • University of Wisconsin-Madison offered BECxP and CxA+BE
• 12+ years of relevant professional related experience
• Candidates must hold senior reviewer or similar designation from a competitor firm
