Job summary

ECS Group of Companies seeks an experienced building enclosure professional to lead regional projects across the Southeast. You will provide technical expertise, oversee building envelope projects, and support staff in the region.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years of relevant experience, professional licensure (P.E./R.A.) or IIBEC credentials, and strong business development and mentoring skills to grow client relationships and market presence.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Civil Engineering, Architecture (NCARB), Structural Engineering, or Architectural Engineering preferred.
• Licensed or certified as at least one of: P.E., R.A., IIBEC RRC/RWC/REWC/RBEC/CBECxP, BECxP or CxA+BE.
• 12+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Senior reviewer or similar designation from a competitor firm.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing projects at the regional level.
• Performing technical report reviews.
• Preparing and reviewing proposals.
• Business development and assisting other staff in marketing our services by maintaining and developing client interactions.
• Leading and coaching junior staff members.

Responsibilities

**The candidate can be located in any ECS established location within the Southeast Subsidiary.**

• Primary responsibilities include providing technical expertise and supporting building enclosure staff within the region.
• Building Envelope Commissioning experience highly preferred.
• Responsibilities also include performing the following:
  • Overseeing projects
  • Performing technical report reviews
  • Preparing and reviewing proposals
  • Business development and assisting other staff in marketing our services by maintaining and developing client interactions
  • Leading and coaching junior staff members
  • Performing responsibilities at the regional level

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold senior reviewer or similar designation from a competitor firm
