HDR, a leader in building engineering services, seeks a Building Electrical Engineering Intern in Minnesota. This full-time temporary role offers exposure to real projects, mentoring by engineering leaders, and hands-on use of industry tools.

  • Apply standard engineering techniques to assigned project work.
  • Perform assignments under direct supervision of an electrical professional or project manager.

Preferred Qualifications

Prefer 2 years completed toward degree with 3.0+ GPA in a field of study relevant to the Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry (AEC)

Demonstrated knowledge of software packages related to field of study/industry with an emphasis on Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, and AGI32

Candidates located in the US preferred

Required Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program
  • Possess strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
