The position is needed to fulfill the 24/7 mission requirements at the 101st Air Refueling Wing in Bangor, Maine. It involves custodial work on the installation, including cleaning and minor maintenance in Maine Air National Guard Base buildings, performed under general supervision.
Primary responsibilities include:
Minimum qualifications:
Experience and training demonstrating basic knowledge of building and grounds maintenance and repair.
Preference will be given to applicants who:
Can follow instructions; operate custodial equipment; adhere to safety rules; adapt quickly; work harmoniously in a team; climb ladders; lift 40 lbs; pass a security background check for access to computer and security badges.
