The Epic Center, located in Downtown Kalamazoo, is seeking a self-motivated, service-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Building Coordinator. This position helps coordinate the daily use of spaces throughout the building, supports events and rentals, maintains schedules and building communications, and assists with light maintenance and cleaning. The Building Coordinator also serves as house manager for rentals and as the first point of contact while on duty.
This is an hourly, part-time position that requires the ability to work independently while providing excellent customer service and proactive communication with Building Partners, event clients, contractors, and visitors. Candidates must be reliable and willing to work events, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Pay ranges from $20 to $25 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
